After a recent illness and the costs for food, energy and water increasing, Jemi found herself struggling to keep up with her priority bills. She applied for a Cost of Living grant and received a non-repayable financial grant to help cover her expenses.

We also guided her to useful tools and advice on our website to support her in managing her finances more effectively in the future.
