Co-op Pioneer Awards

In 2026, colleagues from Co-op and across the grocery industry came together for an evening of recognition, entertainment, and community spirit, raising over £747,000 vital funds for Barnardo’s, GroceryAid & Co-op’s chosen FRTS charities. Next year, the celebration will be returning to the UK’s only music-first arena the incredible Co-op Live in Manchester, designed to deliver an unbeatable experience.

With live performances, a delicious three-course meal, an exciting auction packed with fantastic prizes, and moments of true recognition, it promises to be a night to remember as we celebrate the pioneers across the Co-op family.
