Our Helpline is completely free and confidential. Your employer will not know you have called us. We are here 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Call 08088 021122 and speak to a BACP trained counsellor immediately.

Counselling sessions are available to support you with relationships, family issues, children and young people, individual or sex therapy.

If you care for a family member, including children, or are cared for by someone else, you can turn to us for emotional support.

If you are feeling overwhelmed in your job, or there has been a critical incident at work, we can support you.

GroceryAid partners with Rightsteps to offer an online portal of self-help information on a range of topics split into Mind, Body and Behaviour.
