Spectrum.Life have 2,350+ fully accredited and qualified counsellors and psychotherapists providing evidence based therapeutic approaches.
To access this support, please call the GroceryAid Helpline on 08088 021 122. On the call you will complete a standardised assessment to measure and determine the most appropriate counselling for you, or they may determine that you do not require counselling at this time. If you have been offered counselling sessions, you will receive up to six sessions of counselling funded by GroceryAid.
