Allan Leighton is Chairman of the Co-operative Group, BrewDog and Pizza Express alongside a variety of other nonexecutive roles outside the food and drink industry. Allan started his career in Mars Confectionery before joining Asda where he became Chief Executive and turned the company round with an eventual sale to Wal-Mart. Allan has also been the longest serving Chairman of the Royal Mail and President of Loblaw – the largest food retailer in Canada.

Lord Price joined the John Lewis Partnership in 1982 and rose to Managing Director of Waitrose in 2007

Mike was Chief Executive of J Sainsbury plc from 2014 - 2020, having been on the Operating Board since 2001
