Join 150 cyclists and ride the GroceryAid London to Brussels cycle challenge for a truly inspirational experience.
Take part in this three-day cycle challenge, travelling from London to Brussels, one of Europe’s best-preserved medieval cities and the home of cycling. Riders will cross to Calais, then into the beautiful city of Bruges, before finishing in the heart of Brussels.
Riders will build industry relationships and raise money for a great cause whilst cycling along canal paths, cycle lanes and cobblestone streets. All food, drink, accommodation and transfers are included in the price.
Please note the cycle challenge itself is three days (Thursday 5th – Saturday 7th September), with travel on Sunday 8th September 2024.

Price: £2,350 per rider
Major Sponsorship: £18,000 + vat
Drinks Reception Sponsorship: £3,000 + vat
Official drinks reception sponsor for one of the nights of the event. Placement of company logo on our website and in cyclist information pack
Finish Line Sponsorship: £2,500 + vat
Fully branded finish line. Placement of company logo on our website and in cyclist information pack
Lunchtime Sponsorship: £1,500 + vat
Fully brand one lunchtime stop on any day of the event. This includes any branding/products you wish to provide
Water Bottle Sponsorship: £1,500 + vat
Fully branded water bottles provided to all riders. Placement of company logo on our website and in cyclist information pack
Jersey Sponsorship: £950 + vat
Placement of company logo on the back of cycling jersey worn by all cyclists
Refreshment Stop Sponsorship: £950 + vat
Fully brand one AM or PM refreshment stop on any day of the event. This includes any branding/products you wish to provide
Rooms are based on a twin share. A limited number of single occupancy rooms are available on a first come-first serve basis. Single occupancy rooms are £330.00 per person.
