When you call the GroceryAid Helpline on 08088 021122 you can request a call with a TIS. Our Telephone Information Specialists are available between 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday.
Our team has been trained by the Citizens Advice, so they can give you specialist advice and information on a wide range of topics, including:
- Addiction
- Benefits
- Childcare
- Debt
- Divorce/separation
- Education
- Caring for the elderly
- Employment
- Health/Medical
- Housing
- Law/legal
- Retirement
- Substance abuse
- Tax queries
What to expect when you call our helpline:
Our Telephone Information Specialists will take the time to understand your situation and see how best they can help you.
After this initial chat, they’ll talk you through the options available to you. As part of this, they’ll explain what resources and support you may be eligible for and signpost you to the relevant organisations who may be able to help.
Details of your call will be recorded, so if you phone again, you can pick up where you left off.
