Be yourself and dress comfortably for an outdoor music festival taking into consideration the weather. Open-toed shoes or high heels are not advised.

Access to Barcode Festival is only allowed for people who are 18 years and older. We will run a 'Challenge 25' policy on entry and will be requesting ID for proof of age. Valid forms of ID include:

• An in-date photographic driver's license or provisional license
• A valid passport (not a photocopy). Out of date passports will NOT be accepted
• A Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card (showing the PASS hologram)

There will be a small cloakroom, but as there is limited space available please refrain from bringing any large or heavy baggage. Empty suitcases will not be permitted.

You must present your cloakroom ticket (or a photo of it) in order to receive your belongings at the end of the night, without this staff cannot release any items. Contact [email protected] post event as any remaining items will be taken back to the GroceryAid office as Lost Property.

Please cooperate with any searches. Please keep your belongings with you at all  times.

If your bag contains glass, alcohol or anything which could be deemed as a weapon or inappropriate item, security will not allow this onsite.

We will be operating and enforcing a strict Challenge 25 policy at Barcode Festival. If you can't provide valid identification when asked, you will be asked to leave the site and come back with your ID.

Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area. Please refer to the site map for the location. Security will stop anyone smoking outside of this area.

Any lost property handed in will be taken to the Event Office. Any lost property will be safely stored and a log of any items handed in. After the event you can contact the team at GroceryAid via [email protected] to see if your property was found. Lost property will be collected the night of the event and returned to GroceryAid's offices the following Monday.

Yes, we will be filming and taking photos throughout the day. By submitting registration details, attendees agree that their image may be used in this manner. If you do not wish to be included in photographs or video footage, please speak to a member of the GroceryAid team via [email protected]

London Underground:

The nearest London Underground stations are Archway, Golders Green, and Highgate, all located on the Northern Line.

Please note that the Night Tube service does not operate on Thursdays.

National Rail:

The nearest National Rail stations are Gospel Oak and Hampstead Heath.

Bus:

Bus routes serving the following stations are:

• Archway: Routes 210, 310
• Golders Green: Routes 210, 310
• Highgate: Routes 210, 310 - (Short walk from station)

Walking:

All listed stations are approximately a 30-minute walk from the event site.

Taxi/Private Hire:

A designated black cab pick-up area will be provided at the conclusion of the event. We ask guests to use the black cab service provided and avoid using private hire vehicles (e.g. Uber or Bolt) as this helps us get you home quicker and safely.

There is no official drop-off/pick-up location at the event site for private hire vehicles (e.g. Uber or Bolt). Please arrange for drop-off and pick-up at a suitable location away from the venue.

Please follow the directional signage from the event exit to the designated pick-up point.

Car:

There is strictly no parking available at the event venue or in the immediate vicinity. Attendees are strongly advised to utilise alternative modes of transport.

A limited, complimentary shuttle bus service will operate from Kenwood to Golders Green from 19:45 until 23:15 to assist with return journeys.

Please be aware that this service is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and there will be queues.

Only registered assistance dogs are welcome at Barcode Festival. Assistance animals must be supervised at all times.

Please check with food traders before eating and they will be able to advise but we have a wide range of food and drink available which means everybody should be catered for.

Guests will not be allowed to bring their own food and drink on site as your ticket to Barcode Festival includes all food and drink. We advise bringing an empty water bottle that you can refill at water stations around the festival site throughout the day.

There will be a wide variety of food available, and we aim to cater for everyone and all dietary requirements. Please get in touch with us if you have any unusual requests which may require special preparation.

We will have a medical team on site at our event. Please refer to the site map for the location or alert a member of staff if you need assistance.

There will be water refill stations around the festival site - we recommend bringing your own refillable bottle.

Report any incidents to the nearest member of security. In the event of an emergency stay calm and follow the instructions given by the security team.

Strobe lighting and laser shows may be in use at this event.
