The Inclusion Labs are a fantastic resource for organisations to learn and be inspired by some of the outstanding work going on and progress being made in our industry. Here at Kenvue, we have hosted internal 'watch parties' where colleagues come together in person to watch Inclusion Labs as a larger group. The teams then have the opportunity to discuss the content amongst themselves, which has been super valuable and helped drive DE&I education and engagement in our UK business.

Cross Industry ERG Forums

Taking place twice yearly, these popular sessions cover the topic areas of gender, ethnicity, LGBTQ+, disability and carers. Whether your organisation is large or small, with established ERG’s or not, everyone is welcome to learn from others and connect with like-minded and passionate individuals from across the industry.
