Working in the grocery sector for almost two decades, Richard's current role is Director of Fresh Food at Sainsbury's.

Johanna is Chief People Officer at Agroberries; which includes BerryWorld in Europe. Previously, Group HR Director at Intersnack and HR Director at KP Snacks.

As Divisional MD at William Reed, Lorraine oversees seven brands including The Grocer, Convenience Store and Forecourt Trader.

Alex is a Managing Director in Accenture’s Retail & Consumer team. Alex is a trusted advisor to his retail and grocery clients and is passionate about helping others.

Tony has over 20 years of experience in consumer goods. He is Regional President for EMEA Pacific at Edgewell Personal Care and a Trustee for several charities.

Following roles with M&S and John Lewis, Mark has been the Group Sales Director for Nestle UK and Ireland since 2011.

Qualifying from Addleshaw Goddard LLP in Leeds, Helen is Central Projects Lawyer at Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc.

Dawood was appointed to the role of Managing Director of Bestway in 2018 having been elected to the Board of Directors of Bestway Group in 2004.

Gareth had a career in food and technology and been Chief Marketing Office at McDonald’s, Zoopla, uSwitch and HomeServe.

Louise started her career at Waitrose before joining Kraft. She is currently UK MD at Mondelez International.

Hayley is Chief People and Corporate Affairs Officer at Asda having joined the Executive Board in 2011.

Helen worked at P&G for 25 years in roles spanning Customer Business Development and Human Resources.

Laia is Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, having joined in 2017 as CIO for Great Britain and later Northern Europe.
