The Call Process:

Law Express can be accessed by calling 08088 021 122 from 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 12 noon Saturday and Sunday and press for option 2 for legal advice.

• Speak to a friendly advisor who will take your details, including your grocery employer and the reason for your call
• Your query is then allocated to an appropriately experienced legal advisor who will return the call within two hours. Should you make a specific time request this will be logged
• All calls are recorded, and detail recorded on a database, so any follow up advice calls include full knowledge of any earlier history
• All advice is tailored to the presenting circumstances and links to factsheets or other online information may be provided where necessary

Law Express are open 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 12 noon Saturday and Sunday. Call to arrange a telephone appointment at a time that suits you.
