On Thursday, 19th May 2022, the British Waitrose Garden Party returned to Dorney Court, Windsor, and raised more than £380,000 for GroceryAid, which will help provide free and confidential emotional, practical and financial support for thousands of colleagues.
Hosted by TV celebrity David Walliams, this event welcomed more than 1,200 guests including retailers, suppliers and Waitrose & Partners colleagues for an unforgettable evening of fundraising fun, industry networking and A-list entertainment.
The evening’s food was a decadent yet sustainable menu curated by Zoe Simons, Senior Brand and Innovation Development Chef at Waitrose & Partners. Entertainment included chart-topping singer Ella Eyre, DJ Lyndsay & Musicians, plus interactive fundraising games and a grand draw raffle with prizes donated from Asahi UK Holdings Ltd, Barcardi, IFCO Systems, Moet Hennessy UK and many more.
