Whether you need advice about money, support for emotional challenges or solutions to some of life’s more practical issues, GroceryAid is here for you.
When we experience high levels of stress and worry, sometimes there’s no room for ‘let up’ and that can cause feelings and emotions to build up until we reach a breaking point. This means normal everyday pressures can build into something more and lead us to not be able to cope.
There are many factors that contribute to this pressure, including:
- Physical stress
- Emotional stress
- Financial stress
- Key life events
If you are feeling stressed, our free and confidential support is available to you. You don’t have to reach crisis point to receive help.
