Telephone Information Specialists
Our team of Telephone Information Specialists are Citizen Advice trained and able to advice on a huge range of topics. These include but are not limited to: addiction, benefits, childcare information, debt, divorce/separation, education, eldercare information, employment, health/medical, housing, law/legal information, retirement, substance abuse, tax queries….
The Telephone Information Specialist’s will speak to you and ask questions to fully understand the situation. They will then guide you through the best next steps, explain what available resources will be helpful to you, they may also signpost you to appropriate websites or organisations that can also help. They will make a note of your conversation so if you call again you can pick up where you left off.

We have partnered with StepChange, a debt charity, who can help you assess your financial situation and give advice and practical solutions to help you make a fresh start.
You can also carry out a benefits check on the Turn2Us website which not only has an online Benefits Calculator to find out which state benefits you may be entitled to and a Grants Search facility to see if there are additional charitable funds you may be eligible for.
