The D&I in Grocery Programme is accelerating a truly diverse and inclusive grocery industry.

A 12-month Programme created for the industry by the industry to support is 2.6 million employees.

The D&I in Grocery Programme is suitable for everyone, whether you are a dedicated Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) practitioner or an ally wanting to drive change. The Programme is delivered and facilitated by GroceryAid, with the support of the Strategy Steering Group and three Workstream Steering Groups.
