Are you a Carer?

If you have caring responsibilities or are cared for, then the GroceryAid Carers Programme could help you. Caring elderly lady 350px.jpgWe have put together a tailored programme to help relieve some of the stress caused by caring. It is aimed at helping those in the grocery industry carry on whilst they are caring and is open to all those who currently work, or have worked in the industry. The programme is also open to those who are cared for and who have previous grocery industry service.

You may also be interested in our Telephone Befriending Service, which aims to alleviate social isolation and support vulnerable carers/adults across the UK.

Relationship Support

As we move through life we can experience changes and transitions that can put pressure on our relationships. At these times it’s good to know that there’s support available to help you, your partner or family cope with both the emotional and practical impact on your lives together.

GroceryAid has partnered with Relate to provide free relationship counselling and support for grocery colleagues in England & Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
