We’re working with Rightsteps to provide access to online information and advice on a a range of wellbeing topics covering Mind, Body and Behaviour.  Search .jpg

The content, all based on the latest clinical research, offers two levels of support:

Single Sessions

A series of factsheets (no login required) to improve your knowledge and understanding of a particular issue which you or somebody close to you may be experiencing. These topics include:

  • 5 Ways to Wellbeing
  • Alcohol Misuse
  • Anxiety
  • Healthy Eating
  • Low Mood
  • Physical Activity
  • Stopping Smoking
  • Stress at Work
  • Substance Misuse (amphetamines, benzodiazepines, cannabis and spice, cocaine, ecstasy, GHB, ketamine, LSD, mephedrone and steroids)

Structured Wellbeing Self Guided Support

Structured Wellbeing Sessions (account registration required) provide a self-guided programme which you can work through at your own pace. To access Wellbeing Sessions you will need to sign up with a username and email address to explore the following topics:

  • General Anxiety
  • Giving it Up - for people wanting to reduce their use of drugs
  • Learning to Change - for people wanting to make changes to their exercise or diet
  • Low Mood
  • Social Anxiety
  • Stop Smoking
  • Stress at Work
  • Understanding my Drinking

Some helpful hints and tips before you enter the GroceryAid Wellbeing platform

  • You can work through the Single Session Factsheets without creating an account
  • You should complete the Single Session Factsheet for the issue you are facing before you start the Structured Wellbeing Self Guided Support
  • To access the Structured Wellbeing Self Guided Sessions please sign up to create an account
