Chief Executive
Having spent his entire career in the grocery industry, Steve is passionate about the trade and at GroceryAid is responsible for the strategic direction of the charity, ensuring that the organisation does the right thing for beneficiaries, for industry and for the GroceryAid team.
Jane leads the Fundraising, Communications and Relationship Management teams to raise awareness of the charity whilst building industry support.
Mandi is responsible for the charity’s welfare strategy and the delivery of our programmes of emotional, practical and financial support for grocery colleagues.
Cath delivers financial control, risk management and develops our human resources and IT infrastructure, policies and processes.
Claire supports the Head Office team with HR, Health & Safety, Office Management and supporting the Central Services team and Directors.
As part of the Central Services team, Kirsty supports the finance team and is the point of contact for general GroceryAid enquiries.
Vicki is responsible for the financial transactions within the Charity whilst closely supporting the Financial Director.
Karen leads on communications for GroceryAid ensuring our supporters know how they can help and our beneficiaries know the support available.
Kayleigh looks after special marketing projects and digital communications channels, supporting both the Welfare and Fundraising functions of the charity.
Ellie looks after special marketing projects and digital communications channels, supporting both the Welfare and Fundraising functions of the charity.
Richard heads up the Relationship Management function, his role is to increase support across fundraising, awareness and volunteering with a focus on selling the national events.
Danielle manages the GroceryAid CRM database, making sure the Fundraising Team can get all the information they need, whilst supporting on events.
Nicky is responsible for selling and delivering our highly successful fundraising activities and events that our supporters attend to raise significant funds for the charity.
Belinda is responsible for selling and delivering our highly successful fundraising activities and events that our supporters attend to raise significant funds for the charity.
Kim is responsible for selling and delivering our successful fundraising activities and events that our supporters attend to raise significant funds for the charity.
Fran is responsible for selling and delivering our successful fundraising activities and events that our supporters attend to raise significant funds for the charity.
Maya is responsible for selling and delivering our successful fundraising activities and events that our supporters attend to raise significant funds for the charity.

Naomi helps manage the GroceryAid CRM database and provides essential administration support to the Fundraising Team.
Sarah supports the Welfare Director and is responsible for implementing and co-ordinating the delivery of our support programmes whilst working closely with the Welfare Committee.
Zoe co-ordinates our long-term beneficiary visitor programmes, providing training and support to our Welfare Officers, whilst overseeing the Safeguarding Programme.
Amiee supervises the Welfare Administration team and carries out high-level casework for new applications. Key contact for referral partners including Macmillan.
Amy is lead caseworker for new applications and keeps regular contact with applicants and beneficiaries whilst working with the Welfare Manager on projects.
Sarah is one of the first points of contact when someone contacts the office, dealing with day to day enquiries, providing support to beneficiaries and applicants.

Based in the Midlands, Asad visits our longer-term beneficiaries, offering advice and support, whilst promoting the work of GroceryAid to local agencies and organisations.
Based in Sheffield, Sarah visits our longer-term beneficiaries, offering advice and support, whilst promoting the work of GroceryAid to local agencies and organisations.
Based in the North East, Julie visits our longer-term beneficiaries, offering advice and support whilst promoting the work of GroceryAid to local agencies and organisations.
